What is your cancellation policy? How do I Pause/ Skip my subscription?
Members may cancel their subscription at any time prior to their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee. You may also pause your subscription to skip the current box and continue on with the next seasonal box. Please
refer to our extended FAQ for more details on the above Cancellation and Pause/Skip policies.
Does MY TROVE BOX accept returns? What if I receive damaged product or am missing my delivery all together?
MY TROVE BOX purchases are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our FAQs on exchanges for damaged products and missing deliveries.
How much does shipping cost for my seasonal subscription box?
MY TROVE BOX charges a flat $15.95 shipping fee on each seasonal box shipped. Please refer to our new Holiday Shipping policy in FAQs. We currently only ship to addresses located in the 48 contiguous U.S. states only — *excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. Marketplace orders will be charged a separate, small flat shipping fee.
